Country Club Wellness is looking for exceptional talent to join us this season. We have immediate openings for Licensed Massage Therapists and part-time Strength Coaches (1–2 positions). These are seasonal W2 positions — May through October 31, 2026 — with the opportunity to extend if it fits!
The Opportunity
We're looking for 1–2 part-time Strength Coaches who bring both technical expertise and genuine warmth to their work. Someone who can meet a client where they are — whether that's post-rehab, golf performance, senior fitness, or simply wanting to move and feel better — and design a program that actually changes their life.
This is a seasonal part-time W2 position with real potential for extension or return next season. You'll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team in a private, well-appointed wellness environment with a loyal and appreciative membership.
No client hustle required. You're walking into a warm, pre-qualified private membership. We help fill your schedule. You focus on delivering exceptional work.
How the Schedule Works
We've built a schedule structure that meets you where you are and grows with you as your practice here develops. Most coaches move through all three phases over the course of a season.
Hospitality Shifts — Required (two per week)
One morning shift, 7–10am, and one evening shift, 4–7pm. These are your foundation. You'll be present in the wellness space, getting to know members, learning our culture and standards, and keeping the environment polished and ready. Think of it as the investment period — you're becoming a known and trusted face before you ever book your first session here. Light operations duties are part of this shift: cleaning, stocking, and keeping things running beautifully. But the purpose of this shift is to get you recognized by our membership.
As your Clinic Days grow and your session book fills, your Hospitality Shift hours will reduce accordingly. We'll work that balance together as your schedule naturally evolves.
Clinic Day — Self-Directed Sessions
Once your book starts building, you'll add self-directed training days outside your Hospitality Shift windows. The space is available, you claim it, you show up and do the work. No operations duties. Management actively helps stack sessions on these days. This is where your independent practice here begins.
Pro Clinic Day — Earned and Reserved
A dedicated recurring day on the schedule that belongs to you. Earned through consistent performance and session volume. Sessions only, full autonomy — no gym duties, no operations. Target 2–4 sessions per day. This is the fully established practitioner level.
Compensation
Hospitality Shifts: $15/hour — your investment period while your client schedule builds. Same standard as our full team: show up, contribute, become a trusted presence in the membership.
Personal Training — Sliding Scale:
Training Tier | 1–4 sessions/week | $45/session Tier 2 | 5–9 sessions/week | $50/session Tier 3 | 10+ sessions/week | $55/session Return Season Bonus | Any tier | +$5/session
Return next season and earn an additional $5/session at whatever tier you're working. Loyalty shows up in your paycheck here — and that's intentional.
Group Classes: Percentage of class revenue, discussed at offer. The more you build attendance, the more you earn — your success and ours are aligned.
Gratuity-free — always. Your rate is your rate. No awkward tipping conversations, just professional work at a professional level.
A Note on Session Volume
We're realistic about how a practice builds in a new environment. The first few weeks are about relationships — learning names, earning trust, showing up consistently. We'd love to see a minimum of 2 repeat training sessions per week by week 8. That's our clearest signal that the relationship between you and our membership is taking hold.
If it's not clicking on either side by the 90-day mark, we'll part warmly, professionally, and with genuine respect for the time we invested together. The right fit is everything here. We'd rather name that early than let it linger.

To Apply

We read every submission carefully. A resume alone won't get a response — the personal piece matters as much as your credentials. That's intentional.
Country Club Wellness is an equal opportunity employer committed to a professional, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist who brings both clinical skill and genuine warmth to their work. Someone who understands that the best client relationships are built over time, and that showing up with presence and intention — even before the table is fully booked — is part of the craft.
This is a seasonal part-time W2 position with real potential for extension or return next season. You'll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team in a private, well-appointed wellness environment with a loyal and appreciative membership.
How the Schedule Works
We've built a schedule structure that meets you where you are and grows with you as your practice here develops. There are three types of working time designed to help you build your presence in this private, high-end environment.
Hospitality Shifts (required — two per week) One morning shift, 7–10am, and one evening shift, 4–7pm.
Hospitality is not just a shift type — it's a core value here and woven into everything we do. That said, as your Clinic Days grow and your book fills, your Hospitality Shift hours will reduce accordingly. We'll work that balance out together as your schedule naturally evolves.
If a session gets booked during your Hospitality Shift — whether pre-scheduled or picked up on the spot — that hour converts to your session rate. And if a session extends your shift by an additional hour, you're compensated at your session rate for that time as well.
Your Hospitality Shift rate also includes paid training time. From day one, you're learning our methods, our member experience standards, and the rhythms of this environment — and you're compensated for that from the moment you walk in.
Clinic Days (self-directed) As you begin building your book, you'll have the opportunity to schedule sessions outside your Hospitality Shift windows — on days when the space is available and your clients want to come in. No operations duties on these days. You show up, you do the work you trained for, and you leave. Management actively works with you to help stack sessions and build momentum.
Pro Clinic Days (earned — Tier 2 and above) Once you've demonstrated consistent bookings and performance, you'll earn a dedicated day on the schedule that belongs to you. Reserved, recurring, and sessions-only. No duties, full autonomy, and we'd love to see you filling it with 3 to 4 sessions. This is where you're functioning as a fully established practitioner within our membership — and where the relationships that keep clients coming back really take root.
How Compensation Works
We use a tiered compensation structure designed to reward growth and protect your professionalism from day one. We consider ourselves professionals and do not take gratuities. Our rates are clean and consistent for clients and staff.
Hospitality Shift Rate: $15/hour You're compensated to be present, contributing, and learning while your client schedule is being built. This is how we invest in you — and how you invest in us.
Training Tier: $40/session (1–4 sessions per week) While you're in your first season and building your book, your session rate is $40 per hour. This is your Training Tier — you're learning our systems, our clients, and our standards, and your rate reflects that you're still in the early building phase, and our management is working with you directly.
Tier 2: $60/session (5–9 sessions per week) Consistently booking 5 or more sessions per week is a real milestone. It means you've done the relationship work, you've earned client trust, and you're becoming an integral part of what we offer here. That deserves a meaningful jump — and $60 per session is how we recognize it.
Tier 3: $70/session (10+ sessions per week) You're running a thriving practice within our practice. Full autonomy, Pro Clinic Days, and a rate that reflects your caliber and your contribution to this community.
Returning Season Recognition We believe in rewarding loyalty. Therapists who return for a second season are recognized for it — in their compensation and in how they're welcomed back. We'll have that conversation when the time comes.
A Note on Daily Session Volume
We cap new therapists at 4 sessions per day — not as a limitation, but as a standard we're proud of. Your last client of the day deserves the same energy, precision, and presence as your first. We've learned that sustainable excellence has a rhythm, and we honor that here for the benefit of our clients and our therapists equally.
As you demonstrate your consistency and stamina over time, we'll work with you to thoughtfully expand your daily schedule. Moving beyond 4 sessions per day is something we work toward together, with management sign-off, when the time is right.
Our 90-Day Fit Review
We want this to be genuinely right for both of us — and we think the best way to honor that is to say it out loud from the beginning.
At 90 days we'll sit down together and look honestly at your booking trajectory, your integration with the team, and your experience here. We'll be asking ourselves: Is this working? Are clients coming back? Does this feel like the right home for your practice?
We'd love to see a minimum of 2 repeat bookings per week by week 8 — that's our clearest signal that the relationship between you and our membership is taking hold. If it's not clicking on either side by the 90-day mark, we'll part warmly, professionally, and with genuine respect for the time we invested together.
The right fit is everything here. We'd rather name that early than let it linger.
