Here are some specific thoughts from some people that have already benefited from working with TPI and with Mike Green:
"Just wanted to take a moment and let you know I have truly enjoyed working with Mike Green. The work-outs he designs are very interesting, helpful and different each time we work out. I especially like the stretching and balance part of the work out. My handicap went from 13 to and 8, thank goodness it has gone up to a 10 recently. I have gained 20 yards on my drive. Most of all my back and spine feel great as a result of working with Mike. I would recommend Mike Green to anyone- especially golfers.Thank you."

"Barbara and I have gone to Mike Green as a Personal Trainer for about two years and we benefit greatly from this association. Each of our golf games have improved; reflected in lower scores, straighter hits and longer drives. Mike works on stability, strength, mobility and balance. All have improved for us since working with Mike. Every workout is different and is tailored to his assessment of each of our particular needs. We highly recommend Mike Green."

"I went to a TPI certified instructor. He did a physical assessment that I thought I would pass with flying colors. Wrong-o on that one. I was pretty good in all areas except for lower-back and hip flexor flexibility. Turns out that was a severely limiting factor in my golf swing. He gave me some exercises, corrected a key postural deficiency at address and my handicap dropped 5 strokes (…) he really changed the way I think about the body parts throughout the swing. Mainly that the body is made up segments that either move or remain stable. For example, the middle back should rotate, but the lumbar spine should not rotate very much. This is because we are built in such a way that there isn't as much rotational freedom in the lumbar spine. "

"I think you would really enjoy the experience and knowledge that comes from an evaluation with a TPI professional. The test clusters they use are tried and true and can identify potential swing flaws. After your evaluation you can in-turn perform prescribed exercises and mobility movements to further enhance your strength\flexibility\golf performance. Not to bad mouth anyone specifically, but I feel there is a lot of poor information being filtered across the fitness section, so I would urge anyone to see a qualified professional for their golf fitness advise. If you are serious about golfing better now, golfing further into the future, and enjoying the game and your body more- TPI training is for you. You know that you need to exercise, why not make the time you dedicate to movement improve your golf game at the same time. “
